In 2026, we’re proud to celebrate 30 years of serving Anchorage and the surrounding communities. What started in 1996 with just three employees has grown into one of the area’s most trusted heating and cooling companies, supported by a hardworking team that understands what it takes to keep homes and businesses comfortable in Alaska.
Three Decades of Growth
Diamond Heating has continued to grow and evolve over the years, but our focus has always stayed close to home. While business acquisitions and business handoffs took place over the last three decades, the commitment to Anchorage, our customers, and our team has remained firmly in place.
Today, our crew includes experienced installers, service technicians, comfort consultants, office staff, and leadership working together to provide heating, cooling, indoor air quality, maintenance, repair, replacement, and commercial HVAC services. All of which encompasses our Diamond Touch. It’s the Diamond Touch we pride ourselves on, and that separates us from the rest.
To us, the Diamond Touch is more than two words. It’s how we show up every day ready to work and help our community. It’s how we thoroughly evaluate a home so we can give you our most honest opinion of what heating and cooling needs it may have. It’s the simplest things, too, such as answering the phone when you call.
And because this is Alaska, that work matters. When temperatures drop and your heat goes out, you don’t just need someone who knows HVAC. You need a team that understands our climate and homes, the unique weather patterns, and the importance of getting the job done right.
Giving Back to Our Community
During our time, Anchorage and the surrounding communities have supported Diamond Heating, and we’ve always believed in returning the favor. Giving back is a big part of who we are!
Over the years, our team has supported several local charities and causes, including:
- Community Blood Drives: Helping save lives through local blood donations.
- Bean’s Cafe: Donating 28 turkeys during the 2020 holiday season to help feed Alaskans in need.
- Alaska SeaLife Center: Contributing $1,500 with the help of a matching donation from ConocoPhillips Alaska.
- American Cancer Society: Raising $1,500 through a fun community cornhole fundraiser.
These are just a few ways we’ve given back over the years. To us, being a local business means more than keeping homes warm. It means supporting our neighbors, lending a hand when we can, and taking care of the Alaska community we’re proud to call home.

Diamond Heating has partnered with Alaska Sewer & Drain, bringing together two local service teams with a shared commitment to professionalism, quality workmanship, and taking care of our neighbors.
Together, we’re supporting homeowners across Alaska with expanded access to trusted heating, sewer, and drain services. From a furnace that quits on a cold winter night to a clogged drain or sewer backup, our goal is to make it easier to find experienced local professionals you can count on.
