Diamond Heating recently installed a new boiler heating system in my four-plex, and I’m very happy with the final outcome.
Chris, the installer, was outstanding. His workmanship, professionalism, and persistence really stood out. When we encountered an issue during the installation, he stayed committed to diagnosing the problem and worked through it until the hydronic heating system was operating properly. It’s clear he takes pride in doing the job right.
Jack, the manager, was also great to work with. He was responsive and helpful throughout the process, and I appreciated his involvement in making sure the project was completed correctly.
Sam, the sales representative, was knowledgeable about the equipment and helped guide the decision on the boiler system. Communication could have been a little better at times, but overall he was informative and helpful.
Any large installation project can run into unexpected challenges, but what matters is how the company responds. In this case, the team stayed engaged, addressed the issue, and made sure everything was working properly before wrapping up.

EJ was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful & responsive. I was able to send pictures of the unit along with my assessment of possible issue (failed zone valve) which I did in hopes the tech (Brandon) would have parts available thereby reducing the need for ‘I’ve got to run back to the shop’ which is what I’ve experienced with other companies.
Brandon was similarly friendly, informative, and efficient. The diagnosis confirmed the issue & a replacement zone valve was installed in a matter of minutes. I had lots of questions & Brandon was happy to help.
All in all this has been my best experience working with heating companies & I’ll plan on calling them next time - though I hope that’s a ways off!
Heat went out on a Saturday night. Keith was the only person who called me back, super fast and immensely helpful. Couldn't recommend highly enough and will be a return customer.
We recently had our house outfitted with an IBC boiler and the finished product, which took a solid two days to design from scratch by two installers, Justin and Shea, was a complete work of art! I had to make a weekend service call due my furnace had stopped working. Brandon’s response time was great. He was very professional, and proficient with explaining the root cause of my furnace issues. He answered my questions and provided a good suggestion with the residential preventative maintenance program. I signed up for the bronze plan but I may change that to the platinum after further review of that service.
Our technician ( Lillian) arrived within the estimated arrival window. She went right to work, answered all my questions and was gone fairly quickly. We have a dual system so it took a little longer and cost a little more. I will definitely be calling again with any further necessary work.

I was really impressed with Diamond Heating, and especially Sam with his consultation. The whole company was very professional, friendly, and they really took care of us! Our furnace was old and having issues. We had bad airflow and some rooms were never warm. Sam came over to look at our setup and discuss options. What really impressed me was when one of the first things he said was “one of my first recommendations is to have your vents cleaned. That alone is much cheaper and helps airflow a lot! We don’t do that, but here is a recommendation to a company who does.” He was giving us legitimate advice in how to better our situation with another company, rather than just trying to inflate his own sales. That sort of thing impresses me. We needed a new furnace anyway and Sam seemed incredibly knowledgable and helped us get a system that would be best for our house. Then he said “if something happens to your old furnace before your appointment replacement date. Call us at any time! We have electric space heaters we can bring over.” And sure enough at 10pm on CHRISTMAS EVE during -10 degree temps, our furnace dies. I called the 24 hour line and less than an hour later a tech shows up with a bunch of electric space heaters to keep us warm through the holidays. Now we have our new system and it is great. The installers were just as friendly and professional as the rest of the company.

Diamond has done our yearly furnace maintenance for the last three years. They continue to be as good now as they were in the beginning. Albert came out yesterday and took care of the necessary maintenance in an efficient manner. I'm still very satisfied with this business.
Came out New Year’s Day to fix my broken heating. Expert diagnosis, explained options thoroughly (boiler now obsolete with parts availability in question). Was able to get things up and running to allow time to plan the replacement.
From the moment I called at 6:00 am with my boiler out and my heat dropping fast during an aggressive cold spell, this company was responsive, efficient and empathetic through the whole process. Anchorage is lucky to have such professionalism.

We had two furnaces replaced and a HRV installed. Sam Reebs, the consultant, came to the house within two days of our call, listened, and proposed solutions. We had a quote within a day of that first meeting! Kelli, the install coordinator, scheduled the work and when the day arrived, everyone was here five minutes early! Adam, the installer, made everything go so smoothly and answered all our many questions! We are very happy with our product choices. Our old house is now comfortable in every room, even during this abnormally cold month. Our system is awesome, all the people we worked with at Dimond are professional , and best of all they make customer communication a priority!
New Year’s Eve Emergency help!
I woke up a 3:30 am feeling really cold, checked the thermometer reading in our room and it was 51 degrees…uh oh. I bundled up, turned on a space heater, and got back in bed. I waited for 0800 when Diamond Heating opened up, called and got on their schedule for that evening. A spot opened up in their schedule earlier in the afternoon, and the technician came over to diagnose the problem.
While needing both a new blower motor and a new control board weren’t the answer I was wanting to hear, I am very happy with the professionalism, responsiveness, efficiency, and service provided by the Diamond Heating team. No frozen pipes, and a nice comfy wake up temp this morning.
Keith was so responsive and respectful. We are so grateful he answered the call. My aunt struggled to find anyone to help her and her two other tenants to regain heat. Keith not only responded and was respectful but he also solved the issue and restored heat to everyone. Thank you for sending him.
We always get the quickest response when we have issues. Staff are courteous and take the time to show us what the issues were that needed fixed. They also educate us on what we can do ourselves to improve the performance and longevity of our water heater and boiler.

Mike and Brad did an amazing job replacing the heating system with the new system they brought over. They both were very professional at what they do. Communicated well on how to replace the new filters inside the duct, and communicated well on how to use the new thermostat. They were both very polite and amazing people. Go Raiders! Demetrius was wonderful. Arrived perfect time and went thru my options for WiFi based thermostat. He listened to my concerns at picking the one that was the easiest for me to operate. Got it installed and hooked up and took time to run through how to operate it and answered my zillion questions. I have had 3 of your technicians here and they have all been stellar technicians.

We lost heat on a Sunday evening. We called Diamond Heating, and someone came out within an hour. She diagnosed the problem, left some space heaters, and came back to fix it the next day. There were some problems, so she called someone to help her determine the reason. By Monday afternoon we had heat again!

Everyone I had contact with was fantastic! They were extremely nice and understanding. The service was speedy and very proficient. I called about our boiler Thursday night and they had it fixed Friday morning.
