Came out New Year’s Day to fix my broken heating. Expert diagnosis, explained options thoroughly (boiler now obsolete with parts availability in question). Was able to get things up and running to allow time to plan the replacement.

We had two furnaces replaced and a HRV installed. Sam Reebs, the consultant, came to the house within two days of our call, listened, and proposed solutions. We had a quote within a day of that first meeting! Kelli, the install coordinator, scheduled the work and when the day arrived, everyone was here five minutes early! Adam, the installer, made everything go so smoothly and answered all our many questions! We are very happy with our product choices. Our old house is now comfortable in every room, even during this abnormally cold month. Our system is awesome, all the people we worked with at Dimond are professional , and best of all they make customer communication a priority!
New Year’s Eve Emergency help!
I woke up a 3:30 am feeling really cold, checked the thermometer reading in our room and it was 51 degrees…uh oh. I bundled up, turned on a space heater, and got back in bed. I waited for 0800 when Diamond Heating opened up, called and got on their schedule for that evening. A spot opened up in their schedule earlier in the afternoon, and the technician came over to diagnose the problem.
While needing both a new blower motor and a new control board weren’t the answer I was wanting to hear, I am very happy with the professionalism, responsiveness, efficiency, and service provided by the Diamond Heating team. No frozen pipes, and a nice comfy wake up temp this morning.
Keith was so responsive and respectful. We are so grateful he answered the call. My aunt struggled to find anyone to help her and her two other tenants to regain heat. Keith not only responded and was respectful but he also solved the issue and restored heat to everyone. Thank you for sending him.
We always get the quickest response when we have issues. Staff are courteous and take the time to show us what the issues were that needed fixed. They also educate us on what we can do ourselves to improve the performance and longevity of our water heater and boiler.

Mike and Brad did an amazing job replacing the heating system with the new system they brought over. They both were very professional at what they do. Communicated well on how to replace the new filters inside the duct, and communicated well on how to use the new thermostat. They were both very polite and amazing people. Go Raiders! Demetrius was wonderful. Arrived perfect time and went thru my options for WiFi based thermostat. He listened to my concerns at picking the one that was the easiest for me to operate. Got it installed and hooked up and took time to run through how to operate it and answered my zillion questions. I have had 3 of your technicians here and they have all been stellar technicians.
Justin and Adam did a wonderful job installing my new furnace. They were very polite and as for everyone I spoken with in diamond heating. They are very dependable and will definitely continue with their service in the near future.

We lost heat on a Sunday evening. We called Diamond Heating, and someone came out within an hour. She diagnosed the problem, left some space heaters, and came back to fix it the next day. There were some problems, so she called someone to help her determine the reason. By Monday afternoon we had heat again!
Technician Lillian quickly responded to my after hours emergency call on a Saturday night! She was efficient, organized, and effectively communicated with me. Dimond Heating always provides the best service! I highly recommend them.

Everyone I had contact with was fantastic! They were extremely nice and understanding. The service was speedy and very proficient. I called about our boiler Thursday night and they had it fixed Friday morning.

Sam (salesman) & Justin (installer) are amazing! Both are very knowledgeable, attentive & excellent customer service. My 26 y/o heating unit was at the end of its life cycle. The turnaround time from consult to installation were a couple weeks. Also, the zero interest financing is a bonus. I highly recommend Dimond Heating!
