How We’re Handling COVID-19

We know these are challenging times. At Diamond Heating & AirTemp Alaska, we are taking the COVID-19 situation seriously, not just for our own health but for the well being of everyone in our community.

As of now, we plan to remain open during normal business hours as we continue to monitor new information. Our entire organization is following CDC guidelines both in the office and in the field, sanitizing workspaces multiple times a day, wearing disposable gloves on job sites, and practicing social distancing of at least 6 feet.

We kindly ask that our customers also practice social distancing with our staff members during home visits. In an attempt to limit office visits, please call or email our office with any questions, concerns, or to submit credit card information rather than exchanging with your technician.

We will continue to monitor the situation and adjust our course of action as recommended by state officials and the CDC. From our family to yours, we wish you all safety, health, and strength in the coming weeks.

Warmest wishes,
Jerry Ralston
Owner & President
